WHAT'S A MISTING SYSTEM?

Misting Systems are one of the most effective and efficient methods available for cooling open outdoor areas such as patios or large indoor areas such as warehouses. They are also used for: dust suppression, order control, special effects, and several other residential and commercial applications. 

When people refer to misting, they are referring to a mist line system. These systems deliver water under low, medium, or high pressure to special nozzles that atomize the water into very small particles. The higher the pressure (up to 1000 psi) the smaller the particle size, which in turn means better evaporation and cooling. These systems can also be used in conjunction with fans to add to the cooling effect of any residential of commercial mist install.

There are low pressure DIY mist kits that you can just hook up to you  water faucet and be misting your patio in  minutes.  These are a very low cost option that work “OK” in real dry climates or where getting a little wet does not matter.

But to really enjoy the true benefits of mist cooling and other commercial applications, we suggest using a high pressure misting system.  These use a pump to raise the pressure up to 1000 PSI.  This atomizes the mist particle to as little as 5 microns, allowing the mist to evaporate much quicker producing MUCH better cooling and performance - in any climate.

high pressure mist systems can cool down any area in any climate as long as they are installed properly.  With the use of the correct size mist nozzles, nozzle & mist line placement, pump size and the correct use of misting fans we can cool down almost any area as much as 25 degrees with out getting anyone wet.
